A digital assessment has been introduced for a number of certificate-level qualifications.
The digital format is an open book examination which unlike an invigilated paper-based examination allows learners to sit their NEBOSH assessment in their own home or another safe and suitable location.

Learners required to sit an examination must register via their Learning Partner. The following assessment dates and results dates have been confirmed and assessment papers will be available from 11am (UK time) on the examination date.
Results will be issued 60 working days from the examination date (50 working days for units EMC1, FSC1, CN/CI1) and sent to the email address registered to your learner record. Please add [email protected] to your safe-senders list to help your results email reach you.
NEBOSH General Certificate
Units NG1 and IG1 are part of National and International General Certificate (2018 specification).

Units GNC2 and GIC2 for the National and International General Certificate (2025 specification) will also be submitted through the digital assessment platform.
You will be able to submit your Practical Assessment up to midnight (UK time) of the submission deadline. If you are submitting your Practical Assessment outside of the UK you will need to make sure you consider any time zone differences.
