The course provider accreditation procedure establishes that an intending course provider has the procedures and resources in place to deliver a training programme that meets NEBOSH requirements for the qualification(s) to be delivered while maintaining the integrity of the assessment process.
Contained within the qualification accreditation packs (see related files) is the relevant information and forms which can be used by prospective NEBOSH Course Providers to guide them through the accreditation process.
We recommend that potential providers consider carefully the NEBOSH requirements set out in the accreditation criteria to ensure they have all the relevant information available before submitting an application.
Upon receipt of a fully completed application with supporting material (including course materials and timetables) and the appropriate accreditation application fee, NEBOSH will review your submission. This may include a credit check. Please note that application fees are non-refundable.
Feedback is provided on full submissions within 10 working days of receipt, which may include requests for further information. Follow-up submissions of further material will be processed within 10 working days of receipt of the additional information.
The overall average timescale from application to a final decision is around 3 months. Timescales for individual applications will depend on the quality and comprehensiveness of the information provided and how quickly applicants respond to requests for further information.
