NEBOSH welcomes four new Trustees to Board

NEBOSH, a leading provider of health, safety and environmental qualifications, has welcomed four new Trustees to its Board.

Ian Marchant, Narendra Misra, Satish Mathur and Andrew Johnson bring a huge range of experience and expertise from various sectors and countries around the world.

With a background in manufacturing, Ian brings extensive operational experience and international expertise in a huge range of areas, from health and safety leadership to strategy, growth and lean operational excellence deployment. Most recently Ian was COO – Global Operations, leading global operations across sites in Europe, North America and Asia.

Narendra and Satish are both highly experienced financial professionals, bringing to the Board extensive expertise in financial management and strategy.

As well as holding the position of CFO for a major steel company Narendra has held non-executive directorships in numerous countries around the world. His track record in financial planning and strategic development will be particularly relevant as NEBOSH implements and refines its current strategy.

Satish has also held a number of non-executive positions and will take over the role of NEBOSH Audit and Risk Chair when the current Chair retires from the Board. He has extensive senior leadership experience in financial management and strategy implementation, particularly within the healthcare sector.

An experienced executive and non-executive director, Andrew offers a strong track record in business development, quality improvement and international negotiation. Of particular relevance is his experience of organisational change, gained most recently as a non-executive director in the healthcare sector.
