GIC and GNC Materials Licence Offer – Terms and Conditions
  1. This promotional offer is available until  31 August 2026.
  2. Prices are per qualification.
  3. The offer is available only to  NEBOSH‑accredited Learning Partners holding current accreditation to deliver either the  NEBOSH General International Certificate (GIC) or the  NEBOSH National General Certificate (GNC).
  4. Participation in this offer is conditional upon the Learning Partner entering into a  NEBOSH Materials Licence Agreement for a  minimum initial term of twelve (12) months.
  5. Materials Licence Agreements are issued  subject to prior approval by NEBOSH. NEBOSH reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse any application.
  6. An  annual renewal fee of £150 plus VAT (at the applicable rate) is payable for the duration of the licence.
  7. For the duration of the licence agreement, the Learning Partner must purchase  one NEBOSH course book (print or eBook format) for each registered learner.
  8. This offer is  subject to contract and shall not take effect until a Materials Licence Agreement has been signed by both the Learning Partner and NEBOSH.
  9. This promotional offer does not vary or replace the standard terms and conditions of the NEBOSH Materials Licence Agreement.
  10. All prices quoted are  exclusive of VAT, which shall be charged at the applicable rate.
  11. This offer is  non‑transferable and is available only to the accredited Learning Partner named in the corresponding Materials Licence Agreement.
  12. NEBOSH reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel this offer at any time, and to correct any errors or omissions in pricing or descriptions.
  13. NEBOSH further reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or application for this offer.
