NEBOSH wins two FAB Awards

NEBOSH has won two awards at the FAB 2025 Awards - Learner of the Year and Special Recognition Award.
NEBOSH Chief Quality Officer, Dee Arp, was the 2025 recipient of the Special Recognition Award. For over 20 years at NEBOSH, Dee has played a pivotal role in advancing health and safety education globally. Her leadership, innovative approach, and commitment to accessible, high-quality learning have shaped the sector globally. As President of INSHPO and a well-known speaker, mentor, and advisor, Dee continues to shape policies, motivate professionals, and promote lifelong learning in the health and safety field. Dee said: "It is an honour to be nominated; a privileged to be shortlisted and I am beyond proud to have won! Everybody in education and assessment are winners.”
The Learner of the Year Award was presented to Partington Oswald Mtatabikwa, a survivor of a devastating mining accident and holder of two NEBOSH qualifications. Partington has a powerful mission to promote workplace safety through education and storytelling. Since beginning his NEBOSH journey in 2022, he has inspired tens of thousands across South Africa and beyond, using his lived experience and qualifications to advocate for a culture of safety, learning, and personal accountability.
