NEBOSH Qualifications are made up of different units, learners achieve marks for each unit. Upon achieving the pass criteria of all units in a qualification being completed these marks are then added together to calculate the grade achieved.

The grading structure that NEBOSH use is Pass/Credit/Distinction. The marks required to achieve each grade vary depending on the qualification. The grade bandings can be found in the Syllabus Guide for in the Qualification Section under the appropriate qualification or on the reverse of your Unit Result Notification (URN)
