By registering to attend the People Sustainability: Global Summit, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

  • This is an invitation only event. The event organisers (L’Oréal, Global Solutions Inc, NEBOSH) reserve the right to cancel any bookings made by anyone who has not received an invitation.
  • The event organisers, employ an official photographer – the photos will feature in promotional materials for this event and in the future. The event organisers may also decide to record elements of the event. By registering for the event, you consent to images and footage of you being used in promotional material for this event and in the future.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances the programme may change, and the event organisers reserve the right to alter the venue and/or speakers. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on the event website as soon as possible and shared with booked guests.
  • The event organisers reserve the right to cancel an event when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each attendee. If the People Sustainability Summit is not held for any reason, the event organisers will not be liable for any costs incurred by delegates.
  • The event organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a speaker substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of an event. And shall assume no liability whatsoever if an event is altered, rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled due to a fortuitous event or unforeseen occurrence that renders performance of an event inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. For purpose of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism: disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency.
  • This is an invitation only event with no registration fee. All other costs associated will be borne solely by the delegate, the event organisers will have no liability for such costs.
  • Please note by registering for the People Sustainability summit you agree that your details can be shared with the venue (Pinsent Masons) and the event organisers.
  • NEBOSH will use the information provided at registration to keep delegates up to date on the People Sustainability Summit, to obtain your feedback on activities and other related communications. You can change your mind at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of emails you receive from us, or by contacting us (www.nebosh.org.uk/contact-us). By Registering for the event, you agree that we may process your information in accordance with these terms.
  • We will be producing a People Sustainability Summit paper for distribution. This will include a list of attendees and will utilise photos taken on the day.
