Taking place on Tuesday 28 April at 10am (UK time), a webinar titled ‘Creating the conditions for psychological safety’ will be presented by Dee Arp, NEBOSH Chief Quality Officer.

During the session, Dee will explain what psychological safety is, why it matters, and how to achieve it in practice. The webinar will explore the role of culture and leadership in creating psychologically safe workplaces and the positive impact this can have on team performance, resilience and creativity.

The webinar is open to all and free to attend. Everyone who joins will be eligible to download a Certificate of Attendance, and a recording will also be available on demand after the event.
