This is the name provided by your Learning Partner when creating you as a learner for a NEBOSH course.
Your Full name is what appears on your Unit Certificate(s), if applicable, or Qualification Parchment when you complete the qualification.
It is important that this is correct, as name changes that result in a re issued Certificate(s) or Parchment may incur a fee.

LP number - LP Name
This is the name and unique number of the Learning Partner you have trained with

Enrolment date, DD/MM/YYYY (If applicable)

Section 2: Assessment outcome

Sample URN section 2

Please note: Some of the below headings will not be present on your Unit Result Notification, dependant on the unit and qualification you have received results for.

Unit
This indicates what unit(s) the Unit Result Notification is for. If you are sitting other NEBOSH qualifications and the unit is not listed, you may not be due your result yet. Please refer to your Assessment Registration Confirmation (ARC) for the results expected date associated to that specific qualification assessment. You can also contact your Learning Partner for more support.

Description
This indicates the unit(s) name the Unit Result Notification is for.

Mark
This is the final numeric or percentage mark that you have achieved on your assessment. The pass mark for each individual assessment is the minimum number of marks that a learner must achieve in order to meet the qualification standard. Each assessment has its own pass mark. Please refer to our “How does NEBOSH set the pass mark for each assessment“ in the FAQs section of our website.

Further information on the qualification structure is available by selecting the qualification you are studying on the following link, URN Information.

Status
This indicates if you have passed (Pass) or been referred (Refer) for your assessment.

A status of Exempt indicates that the pass might have been achieved with another Learning Partner, or as part of another qualification.
e.g. If you have previously passed the NGC1 as part of the National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety but are now sitting the National Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management, your NGC1 would show with the status of Exempt.

A status of Absent would indicate you were absent for that particular unit associated to the qualification.

A status of VOID would indicate that your result was not released due to a specific reason. Please contact your Learning Partner for clarity if this is the case.

A status of TBA indicates that this unit result is not yet available. For more information, please contact your Learning Partner.

Exam date
This indicates the exam/submission date that you were registered to.

Results Expected
This is the published date by which you should receive your result.

Learning Partner
This is the Learning Partner number associated to the Learning Partner named in Section 1.

Unit Result
This is the overall outcome of your unit.

High valid mark
If you have re sat the unit, the highest mark will always be valid, even if this specific exam result gave a lower mark. This indicates what mark is valid and is being used for your overall grade upon completion of the qualification (if applicable).

Please note: The mark indicated would still need to be within the valid qualifying period of the qualification you are taking.

Some qualifications do not have a mark, rather an outcome of Pass or Refer and so will not have a High valid mark. To check the expected outcome of your assessment, please refer to the Terms and Conditions, which can be found here; URN Information.
