Are you already one step towards your next NEBOSH Certificate?

Our unit based approach

Our unit based approach allows you to organise your learning into manageable blocks and enables you to gain recognition and certification of your achievements as you progress. It will allow you to gain additional units to achieve new qualifications without having to study or be assessed on topics that you have already covered in a previous NEBOSH qualification.

Unit NGC1 is included in:

•NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
•NEBOSH National Fire Safety and Risk Management Certificate
•NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health

Unit GC2 is included in:

• NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
• NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety

Unit GC3 is included in:

• NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety
• NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety

So you simply need to study the additional units of each certificate syllabus to achieve your next qualification.

In addition, if you hold ANY of the following NEBOSH qualifications, it gives you exemption for unit NGC1:

  • NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
  • NEBOSH Diploma Part 2

However, you will need to have passed the above qualifications within the last five years. The five years start from the results declaration of your first successful unit or qualification.
