We have a new, hands on role with an opportunity for you to come in and make it your own. You will play a key role in ensuring that our website and digital content is on-brand, up-to-date and consistent in style, quality and tone reaching the right people via key channels.
You will be part of our busy Marketing and Communications Team and will work across the organisation. The role is supported by a busy fun team that generates content, copy and graphics – your expertise in online user behaviour will help us to reach the right people

What we need:
We are seeking an experienced individual who will team up with Communications, Design, Marketing and IT colleagues to name a few, to help maintain a strong brand identity and ensure common look and feel to our website and digital content.
Liaise and coordinate with the suppliers of our websites and have responsibility for the direct running of our Content Management Systems (CMS)
Act as web guardian, overseeing content, ensuring the information displayed is correct, and any visual assets are on brand
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
Develop and implement our Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategy, ensuring our websites are fully optimised
Identify trends and insights, and optimise activities and performance based on these insights
Monitor and track the performance of our various websites providing detailed monthly reporting and analysis against company goals
Assist with our digital and social media strategy (campaigns, pay per click (PPC))
Develop on-line events and webinars to reach our global network
Help develop and execute email marketing campaigns including the set-up, scheduling, and deployment to maximise conversion and click through rates
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments, advising of advances in the digital sphere and brainstorm how we can adopt appropriately
Manage projects from brief to delivery, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, on budget and fully tested
Skills & Attributes:
Significant previous digital marketing experience across a broad range of channels and platforms
Sound communication skills that can influence a range of audiences from around the globe
Creative and innovative approach with a continuous improvement ethos
Choosing the right digital assets and presenting these in the right media in the right place at the right time
Excellent project management, budget management and organisational skills, with the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Analytical and data manipulation skills to analyse and improve our digital offering
Tenacious and winning attitude to succeed in a challenging marketplace
A degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing or other similar professional marketing qualification is desirable.
Best practice knowledge of social media, email marketing, website design and SEO
In return we offer the successful candidate:
Salary £25,000 to £30,000 per annum dependent on experience
