Awarding and Logistics Coordinator

NEBOSH is a global leader in health, safety and environmental qualifications.  In the past year more than 170,000 assessments leading to one of our 15 qualifications was taken by around 55,000 students in 112 countries around the world. 

We have a number of 6 month Fixed Term vacancies for experienced Administrators who have worked in environments with strict deadlines.

The roles sit within the Awarding and Logistics Department and are responsible for either carrying out assessment processes including examination sittings, handling registration queries, co-ordinating requests for reasonable adjustments and tracking and monitoring examination materials or alternatively will be responsible for issuing results and dealing with enquiries about results.

We are seeking individuals with demonstrable experience of:

·        Delivering objectives to target

·        Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders,

·        Working to deadlines

·        Administration work

·        Using IT including Word, Excel, Outlook

·        Working with numerical, verbal and written information

In addition suitable applicants will be able to:

Plan and organise 

Meet deadlines

Give attention to detail

Have a pro-active approach

Follow procedures

Demonstrate a high level of accuracy 

Be flexible

Work both independently and as part of a team

Demonstrate self-motivation
