Vexatious and persistent correspondence

The following types of correspondence or behaviour are considered vexatious.

• Abusive or threatening behaviour either by telephone, in writing or face to face.
• Repeatedly contacting NEBOSH either by telephone, in writing or face to face without offering any new information and following a final response from NEBOSH.
• Making unreasonable demands from NEBOSH with regard to the complaint investigation
• Making accusatory remarks regarding NEBOSH or a member of NEBOSH staff.

Any such cases of vexatious behaviour will be reported to the Chief Executive.
